2011 ACCOMMODATION RATES

 ALL OUR SITES ARE FULL HOOK UPS
 
PEAK SEASON May 20th - Sept 4th & October
$38 for 30 amp back in
$45 for 50 amp pull through (concrete padded)
 
OFF SEASON March - May 19th and
Sept 5th - Sept 30th, November and December
$5 less then peak season Jan and Feb – call for details
For weekend only stay…$3 extra per day
 
TENT SITES (primitive but water is near)
$20 per night for 1 person
additional charge for guest, $3 for age 2-12 and $5 for age 13 and up
privilege of heated pool and hot tub (mid May-mid Sept) and
24 hour access of clean bath house and laundry
     
Cabins: Baby Bear $65 - $75 sleeps 2-3
  Mama Bear $75 - $85 sleeps 2-3
  Honey Bear $90- $100 sleeps up to 6
  Papa Bear $90- $100 sleeps up to 6
 
All our RV site and Cabin rates are for a family of 4
(parent and 2 children uner 13) additional charge of guest,
$3 for age 2-12 and $5 for age 13 and up
 
Reservations are subject to availability. For dates requested, a confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.

Deposit amount required:
- One night's deposit will be required to hold reservation for RV's

- Two nights' deposit will be required to hold reservation for Cabins in Peak Season.
   
Tax Rate: 13%
 

Refund Policy:
Camping is a fun outdoor experience, therefore we do not refund due to the discomforts of nature.

Campsite -deposit refunded if cancelled 10 days before arrival date, cancellation fee...$10
Rental Cabins - deposit refunded if cancelled 21 days before arrival date, cancellation fee...$20

All dates reserved must be paid for upon check-in. Discount for CASH transactions are available.
