Policies and Rules

 

CAMPSITE RESERVATION POLICIES

 

Make a reservation by calling 865-436-8372 from 9am to 7pm.
Request a reservation online anytime, day or night, at SmokyBearCampground.com, and we will get back to you by phone or email.

- We cannot guarantee specific sites on short stays,
however, we will do our best to give you what you ask for.
-Sites, adjacent sites, shade, site location & other special requests will be noted.
- Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of your site cannot be guaranteed.

-We are not responsponsible for personal items left behind after check out.

 

PAYMENT:
-Smoky Bear Campground accepts cash, Visa, MC, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards – Personal checks are not accepted.

-Deposit:  To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the campground once your reservation is completed.

-If you arrive with more people than you indicated on your reservation please let us know upon arrival.

-All reservations must come to the office and register before going to your campsite.
 

CAMPGROUND POLICIES:
Check-in time:
Campsites/Tents After 1:00 pm
        Cabins After 2:00 pm

Check-out time:
Campsites/Tents Before 12:00 pm
        Cabins Before 11:00 am

-Quiet Hours are 10:00 pm – 9:00 am
-On site garbage removal daily until 11:00 am, just leave the garbage bag at the end of your site. DO NOT leave trash out over night.
-Campfires are permitted only in the fire rings, with adult supervision.  Guests are responsible for safely extinguishing campfires before retiring for the night.
-Speed Limit 5 MPH. Please obey ALL traffic signs and rules.
-NO Fireworks within the campground.

Smoky Bear Campground reserves the right of eviction of any guest without refund for non-compliance of policies, rules or regulations.

PET AND ANIMAL RELATED POLICIES:

-Pet owners must clean up after their pets.  Please be considerate of other campers.

-Only non aggressive, quiet pets are permitted per site.

-Pets are not permitted to leave your campsite boundary without supervision, and must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet long at all times.

-Pets that make noise or create any other nuisance must be placed in a local kennel at the pet owner’s expense.

-Pets are prohibited from all public buildings and pool areas.

-No pets allowed in tent sites.

-Cabins: $10 per day fee. 15 pounds max, non-shedding, house-trained.

Outdoor Pool – Open everyday  10:00am – 10:00pm Seasonal based on weather
Bath House and Laundry Room – 24 hours March thru November

Campground is closed December, January and February
