Pet Fee $10 per pet:15 lbs. max non-shedding
Pets allowed in all cabins except Baby and Papa Bear
RV SITES and CABIN rates include 2 adults and 2 children under 13:

$5 for ages 3–12
$7 for ages 13 & over
RV SITES and CABIN sites are full hook-up
(water, electric, sewer, limited cable, limited WiFi)
TENT SITES – Primitive (no electric or water hook-ups)
$28.00 for one guest.

Full hookup tent sites are available at 30 amp back in RV prices.
Holiday or Weekend Only $3 extra per day
Swimming pool and hot tub open from mid May until mid September.
Bath house and laundry room open 24-Hours March thru December
Check-in time:
Campsites/Tents After 1:00 pm
Cabins After 2:00 pm
Check-out time:
Campsites/Tents Before 12:00 pm
Cabins Before 11:00 am
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 865-436-8372 before the deadlines listed below to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a cancellation fee. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY E-MAIL or TEXT CANCELLATIONS.

RV & Tent Sites: 10 days cancellation notice is required. $10 cancellation fee.

Cabins: 21 days cancellation notice is required. $20 cancellation fee.

Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits.

Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

No refunds for early departure or no shows.

Since we are not responsible for the discomforts of nature we do not give refunds or credits.
